Aaron Hollis

Aaron Hollis, Elder
Aaron and his wife Alison started attending Crossings Community Church while they were dating and Crossings (then NewSong West) was meeting in the basement of another church. Since then Crossings has been busy growing the church and the Hollis’ have been busy growing their family with three children, Abigail, Alexandra and Atticus.
Aaron has been serving as an elder since 2008. He is committed to serving Crossings Community Church and the community. He is also on the board of directors of Compass Mark, a local nonprofit focusing on prevention and education of alcohol and substance abuse.
Aaron spends his days as an attorney with Blakinger, Byler & Thomas PC representing individuals and businesses. Prior to becoming an attorney, Aaron received his bachelor of arts degree from Penn State University, a Juris Doctorate degree from Widener University and later received a LL.M. degree in taxation from Villanova University.
In his spare time Aaron enjoys biking and home improvements.
Keith Goodling
Keith and his wife Dawn started attending Crossings Community Church back in the summer of 2009 just after retuning from 20 months on a Church Planting team with Crossworld in Puebla, Mexico. Their son Tyler was with them in Mexico and just graduated from Lancaster County Christian School. Keith and Dawn have two daughters as well, Kara and Danielle who is married to Geoff Peck and scheduled to provide Keith with another new title – grandpa!.
Keith has a heart for God’s Word, prayer, and reaching the lost. He is still active in many lives in Puebla, MX and heads up the Crossings Short Term Missions Team. He is also committed to serving Crossings Community Church and the local community in Columbia. As a Certified Teacher with Precept’s Ministries International he loves teaching Inductive Bible Studies.
Keith spends much of his days talking with Pastors and Church Leaders in his role as a Sales Associate with Elexio, helping them with their technology and web-ministry needs. he has been involved with technology since the late 90′s having spent 20 years in the construction industry prior to that. As a former Professional Bowler Keith has the distinction of being the first person from Lancaster County to win a PBA Title.
Occasionally found rooting for the NY Yankees and the NY Jets, he is often encouraged to seek counseling for that illness.
Dean Hershey
Dean and his wife Crystal have been married for over 37 years and have three daughters, Megan, married to Joshua Kistner, Molly, married to Matthew Cahill, and Melissa. They have lived in the Elizabethtown area for over 30 years, with a brief relocation to Texas in 2005-2007. Dean and Crystal started attending Crossings Community Church in 2007.
Dean has served in various church leadership roles at his previous church including leading numerous small groups, teaching adult Bible fellowships and serving on the elder board. He and Crystal also coordinated and facilitated Crown Ministries’ financial studies, for several years.
Dean is a certified aircraft mechanic and has worked in the regional airline industry for over 30 years. He is currently employed by Piedmont Airlines, a USAirways Express company, as the Director of Technical Support and Engineering. He is interested in anything to do with aviation and has a special interest in missionary aviation.
In his spare time Dean enjoys listening to a variety of music and home landscaping.
