Dave Fitzgibbons

Dave and his wife Shannon relocated from the Pittsburgh area to Lancaster County in 2002. During his time in Lancaster Dave earned a Bachelors in Bible and Christian Ministry, Masters in Biblical Studies, and a Masters in Leadership from Lancaster Bible College. Shannon completed her training at HACC for nursing and is employed as an LPN. They have both been ministering at Crossings in various capacities since 2005. Dave has served as a small group leader, children’s ministry teacher, in music ministry, as choir director, in men’s ministry, as a ministry intern, as well as other various leadership capacities. In June, 2011, he accepted the responsibilities to serve as the church’s administrative director.

He enjoys the study of scripture, teaching, scuba diving, playing guitar, automotive repair, problem solving, photography, videography, and spending time with his wife. His past leadership experiences range from serving as an infantry soldier, an automotive shop manager, coffee shop owner, worship leader, and as facilities director at Lancaster Bible College. His desire is to serve Christ’s Church in a way that builds up the body through biblical teaching, servant leadership, words of encouragement, and practical helps.
